About the role
A front-end focused role for someone who cares about the details of a great UI — accessibility, motion, empty states, error states, keyboard support. You will implement designs pixel-accurately and push back thoughtfully where they can be improved.
You will work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product to ship features that feel effortless to users.
What you'll do
- Implement UI features from Figma with attention to detail
- Write reusable, accessible components (WCAG 2.2 AA baseline)
- Wire client-side data fetching with TanStack Query
- Own performance budgets (LCP, CLS, INP) for your surfaces
- Contribute to the internal design-system + component library
- Write Vitest / Playwright tests for the flows you build
What we're looking for
- 3+ years shipping React in production, ideally with TypeScript
- Real experience with Next.js (App Router)
- Strong CSS fundamentals — Tailwind, CSS modules, or vanilla
- Genuine appreciation for accessibility and UX polish
- Comfort with modern tooling (Vite, Turbopack, pnpm)
Nice to have
- Prior experience with a design system or component library
- Framer Motion / GSAP / choreographed animation
- Understanding of server components + streaming
