2. Proposals, Statements of Work, and Contracts
Project engagements are governed by written proposals and/or statements of work ("SOWs"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW, the SOW controls.
3. Accounts and Confidentiality
If you create an account or share credentials with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our websites are the property of SLEM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in an executed SOW, deliverables created by SLEM remain SLEM's intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership and license terms are as specified in the SOW.

You may provide suggestions or feedback about our services. You grant SLEM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such feedback for any purpose.
6. Third-Party Services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts located in Lagos, Nigeria. Where applicable, parties may agree to arbitration as specified in a project SOW.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our websites or services if you breach these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and posted on this page. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
